So...Ellen keeps showing up in my news feed. So, this morning I took the bait and clicked. She's been "investigated for having a toxic workplace"? What the hell? Why aren't 2/3 of the places I've worked not been investigated, then? Headlines like that let you know there's something else gong on. Toxic workplace...haha...that's rich...

    If people are so tasteless that they watch her, it's their free will to poison their own minds.
    But then she fits in well with the rest of the slop being broadcast.

    Ok...not a factor of this article but...for months I look at Ellen....then see Dr. Fauci.....their eyes are the same...what does that mean...well.....surely do not know ; ))

      While eyes are an extension of the brain, they are not a good indication of the content of the brain and of the mind. I have borderline asperger's syndrome and do not like looking at someone's eyes when we are talking. I do not want more than a conceptual discussion and no attempt to insert an emotional content by the use of eye motions into the content of the speech between us. I realize the it appears the I am not listening to many speakers, but they seem to need some kind of immediate feedback while I am listening or while pretending to listen. I do let them know I am listening by butting in on long stories or stuff that is blatantly a personal attack or just plain drivel like this post might seem to be.

      Ellen's and Fauci's eyes just show emotion and are mostly irrelevant to the meanings of their words.

      No evidence that she is a non-human animal. She seems to be human enough to get your dander up.

        That's a nice quote, a "pearl" of wisdom, a tribute to individualism and free will. Everyone has expectations; it's a necessity of life, having goals and purposes. Hence life, liberty, and the golden rule. No sacrifices, only rational investments and voluntary beneficence.

          I don't particularly like the golden rule in the get in the other guy's face way of doing to others but rather the governing way of "Don't do to others what you do not like." Far less need to try to avoid certain people who believe that they must get in your face.

            Yes, those who "get in your face" are not practicing the golden rule if it annoys you. Not annoying others is certainly a subclause of doing and not doing onto others. One of the finest formulations of the Golden Rule is Galt's Oath. You know, the bit about not living for the sake of others or asking them to live for yours.

    If any of us worked for the Lame Stream Media or the DNC, those too could qualify as toxic workplaces. Working in a queer environment while not being queer is toxic in and of itself. They took the jobs so if they want sympathy it is in the dictionary between $hit and Syphilis.

      Made a fortune from brainwashed sheep, imo. (Ditto for almost everyone who stars in or writes for Hollywood and NYC productions.)
      People who can think for themselves are a small minority, after being subjected to public school, college, and television for more than a decade in formative years.

    She's always been an overly-self-important person. It happens to many when they are fawned over by the left for championing their policies. It didn't surprise me one bit to hear about how she had let it go to her head and treated people exactly the way the self-appointed elitists DO treat people they view as inferior. It's part of the progressive mindset.

    What is encouraging is that she seems to be realizing that she fell a long way. I hope she uses this to abandon her superiority complex and apologize to everyone she has mistreated. If she does that, she'll go a long way toward abandoning elitism entirely.

    I have been very happy that her presence on the tube has at least been somewhat limited over the past months. My girlfriend would watch the show that features a gaggle of screaming morons while the queen sits on the stage and watches them make fools of themselves to receivegifts from the queen. Then the queen would bring out some idiot actor/actress to complain about President Trump. What a waste of tv technology.

      Not a waste from their POV. They are disseminating propaganda ... lies about Trump to destroy America in favor of a real socialist dictatorship. They are guilty of everything they falsely accuse Trump. May they all, without exception, receive the intense punishment they so deserve.

    They are starting to eat each other, the touchy feelie bunch. When one gets in charge, those beneath begin to feel the leader is not longer considering their feelings enough. It is a no win trap which they have created which comes back to bite them. They never honored individualism or freedom of the person, and this is what hpappens.

    I was not surprised. Her persona is built on "helping" people that are already famous. Having these people benefit her pockets more than her heart. And while that is acceptable, her giving off a false persona is the main problem
