I can only guess that qualified people, for the most part, are not interested in taking the job for various reasons: the deep state, media attacking their family, general corruption, etc...

I wondered the same thing when McCain was the best that the GOP could offer.
His campaign could have been what finally convinced Trump to run.
Both parties are corrupt and disgusting. Biden is more obvious about it than most.

I saw a photo of Joe with two couples who were obviously visiting some DC gala event. Joe is behind one of the wives with hands completely full of her breasts. Everybody's got a big smile on their faces. Amazing...
