    Sorry, Nick, I don't see it as an objective treatment of the subject. It is an anti-Democrat screed and a pitch for Prager Univ. Humans are not omniscient. No one can know the perfect solution in the face of so many crises hitting world-wide at the same time. We did bring it on ourselves with constant wars and an entrenched attitude of treating others as enemies, rationalizing hideous ways of dealing with them. That does not serve rational self-interest, only short-range advantage.

    Crises do open doors to new creative solutions, a willingness to change. Neither side should be living (and dying) for the sake of the others. Maybe the current extreme conditions will help get humanity out of its primitive barbaric practices into productive repairs and innovations for mutual benefit. No force, no violence, no aggression. No extremes at either end. No pushing of people into desperation of survival through sanctions and sabotage. No overthrowing by force. Persuade by example. Live by our own principles and ideals, not by the notion that some animals are more equal than others.

    Doctors are not omniscient, either. We don't know enough about microbes and bacteria to have 100% defense. Let these times be a learning experience without blame. Blame is not a cure for anything. Get on with finding answers.

      Although what you say has the ring of truth; but, by itself...did not cause this crisis, the truth is, if not this crisis,.. it would have been another.
      Let's face it, the left has a case of the "Sorass" (georgie poo sorass), manipulating a society to get their way, right or wrong...mostly if not entirely wrong.

      Our failing goes back a long way when we asked government to solve our problems when in fact, we each posses the ability to solve our own problems...all we need is the facts, the truth.

      But you know as well as I, this is in fact, a plandemic, no facts and no truth...a last ditch effort to skip over "GO" and not go straight to Gitmo.

        OUC....your view is more realistic than the rose colored glasses are providing for puzzlelady. While I do not doubt her altrustic views are sincere, the fox is waiting just outside the hen house and he will do anything to gain access.
        A great man once said...Trust but, verify.

          Yes. Thank you. My interpretation was he was pretty objective in stating the facts. People need to get beyond politics and see who is taking their freedom away and who is not. I did not hear politics in this, except his value of freedom of the individual.

    Prager U can't just rely on Biblical prophecy alone. I agree this is not an Objectivist speech. I firmly believe more than ever that the US is heading for a Civil War 2.
