  This is a placer county supervisor asking a county health worker about how the hospitals count covid cases. Any ICU patient admitted, even for a car crash, if they have COVID, that is a COVID hospitalization. We are being lied too..

The numbers being reported are a complete fabrication. If your admitted to icu due a broken bone and you happen to have covid, your added to the covid tally. If you go in for an elective sugary, I.e. Ingrown toenail, and you have covid, your added to the tally. All without symptoms.

Everyone is mandated for testing

  As I understand it, the hospital gets a bonus of over $20,000 if they tag something as COVID regardless of the actual medical issue that affects the patient.
