The rioters, looters, and vandals, and their political and rhetorical enablers have been forthright about their desire to destroy, stop, or cancel any form of individual expression that does not conform to their ever-shifting whims and dictates. They are more honest than the Covid-19 totalitarians, who want the same things but are hiding behind the spurious rationale of protecting public health. Both groups claim the collective good as they define it transcends individual rights, meaning it transcends the individual mind.

I can't help but think of the following after seeing so much in the last couple of weeks. We are seeing a takeover by worthless rotters "whose vision extends to a shanty" (actually tent villages now - even worse!).

But you expect industrial giants - who plan in terms of decades, invest in terms of generations and undertake ninety-nine-year contracts - to continue to function and produce, not knowing what random caprice in the skull of what random official will descend upon them at what moment to demolish the whole of their effort. Drifters and physical laborers live and plan by the range of a day. The better the mind, the longer the range. A man whose vision extends to a shanty, might continue to build on your quicksands, to grab a fast profit and run. A man who envisions skyscrapers, will not. Nor will he give ten years of unswerving devotion to the task of inventing a new product, when he knows the gangs of entrenched mediocrity are juggling the laws against him, to tie him, restrict him and force him to fail, but should he fight them and struggle and succeed, they will seize his rewards and his invention.

We are up against a portion of the population that has lost it completely; partially aided by, a natural cycle that causes a portion of a population to loose it completely...and no vaccine to ward off Stupid...except the Mind, which has been lost to them.
What was also interesting was that some of the patriots defending the capital and the statue were watching BLM and Antifa notetakers on the sides marking down numbers of participants, police responses and response times, etc. This is a lot more organized than people think and sooner or later it is going to come to a head in violence because that's what these people want. I just hope the fight is swift and one-sided so we can bury their bodies and get back to real life. There's no place in society for these thugs.
