"This woman served all those people, and it was after slavery. She worked as Aunt Jemima. That was her job," he continued. "How do you think I feel as a black man sitting here telling you about my family history they're trying to erase?"

It's not about Black Lives, It's not about Slavery, it's about Black American History, free market capitalism and the American way.

That is what they want to destroy.

Hey, wow, it's the chickenschiff CEO whitewashing of America!
Because Black Lives Matter, only white faces and European sounding names can promote and advertise products from here freaking on!
    Yay! The Left wins again!

Is the photo racist? Or the name ? Or the ingredients?
    Or because she worked?

Next , will it be Black and Decker?

    Patriots have no color.

      · Black Flag. Black Sabbath. Joan Jett & The Blackhearts. Black Box. The Blackbyrds. Blackfoot. Black Sheep. Blackhawk. Blackjack. Black Oak Arkansas. Blackgirl. BLACKstreet. Black Moon. Black Lab, Black jack.

But now they have expanded...next up is: Eskimo pie!

They claim that Uncle or Aunt was used instead of Mr and Mrs or Sir and Madam but I say it was used to show, they are just part of our family.

Yet we have Uncle Sam. (Creepy) Uncle Joe, and more. Uncle Ben, Auntie Em, Aunt May for some famous fictional ones.

It has literally nothing to do with race. For all we know, given her discovery story, the local frat boys used that term of endearment for her and Quaker went with it.

We don’t use “Sir” in this country as part of a title because that is an English knighthood title rather than an American title. Especially at that time but even today Mr and Mrs are considered formal - and it isn’t that uncommon for a man to respond with something among the lines of “Mr Is my father.”

There is a big decision to be made this fall. Vote republican and stay citizens or vote democrat and turn into subjects.

Atlas Shrugged was supposed to be a warning, Not A Newspaper!

The same day I heard about his stupid decision (to dump the Aunt Jemima brand and logo), I immediately went out and bought a bottle of Aunt Jemima syrup (as for pancake mix - sorry, but I always use my Mom's old recipe for "scratch built" buttermilk batter). Even when the contents are gone, I will save the empty bottle for future generations, or at least until some degree of sanity returns to this country. By the way, I've also heard that "Uncle Ben's" rice is being withdrawn too (so I also bought several packages of that brand). And, apparently, the parent company (whoever that is) of the "Cream of Wheat" hot cereal is also "re-evaluating" their brand (those boxes have an image of a black man in a white chef's hat). You know, if these brands used all white people for their logos, these so-called "social justice warriors" would be hyperventilating over their "lack of inclusion!" And because of all this idiocy, we are seeing statues of NOT JUST CONFEDERATE GENERALS, but our Founding Fathers be torn down as well: including Washington, Jefferson, and EVEN LINCOLN!!! What do these idiotic FASCISTS want? Would they have preferred Lincoln NOT to have freed the slaves??? War is coming. These lunatics must be cracked down on, AND HARD!!!

These idiots are not that smart...they just want ALL HISTORY WIPED OUT COMPLETELY !

History is an important gauge to measure the evolution of our civilization and ourselves, in the right direction,.. according to laws of nature and natures creator.
Mankind was once bicameral where the left and right brains did not cooperate, then we lost that illusionary voice in our heads and slowly gained the voice of self and eventually for some of us, (certainly not all) we gained conscious introspection, a conscience and a mind as unicameral humans...it has generally been an uphill battle until now where we find more than 60% of the population falling back into bicameral despair.

Just as Our language was confounded at the fall of Babylon, this fight has been orchestrated not by our creator but by those that think they should be. I call them, parasitical humanoids or The Great Unwashed ruleless class...somehow, those bastards survived the flood!

Speaking of evolution (as it seems to be going in reverse for some in our species these days), I recently heard one of the radio talk show hosts redefine the "CHAZ" or "CHOP" insurrectionist zone in Seattle. He calls them "CHUD" (after the old (1984) B-grade scifi movie "C.H.U.D." which stood for "Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dweller"). Yeah, humanoid cannibal creatures who lived in the city sewer and came out to eat people. Sounds like a good label for the Antifa types.

A liberal friend of mine who's very intelligent and caring tried to explain the removal of the name "Aunt Jemima" to me. She failed. On this, I don't understand the outrage.

We cant erase History anyway, even if we wanted to. We are all affected by what went before, and we either accept it and learn from it, or we never advance as a person. I watched a lot of the hitler channel for example, so I could understand more about what happened back then. If there were no history channel and the books on that era, it could all happen again and we wouldnt even know what happened until it was too late.

How does he feel? About the same way I feel about the destruction of monuments to the Confederacy that my great-great grandfather fought for, and was imprisoned for, to protect from Andrew Jackson's control freaks.

it should only follow that the Quaker Company should remove the picture of the gentleman in the black hat from its label and advertising because it caricatures a religious sect and then Chef Boiardi insulting Italian language names. We could go down the list: Marie Callander, Sister Schubert, all are fair game. RUBBISH, the first step in reshaping society is to destroy the past which considering the way things are playing out there will have been no slavery, no United States, no religion except for the state sponsored propaganda!
