    At present, imo, half the people still value freedom (and personal responsibility); the other half prefer strings-attached state false security, serfdom, and irresponsibility.
    The financial cartels cheat the former at every opportunity and enslave the latter.
    The former are well armed. The latter are soylent green.
    I do not see any peaceful resolution that restores individual liberty and constitutional limited government in the future.

    Whether we know it or not, we're creating (by fear) the same culture which existed in China in the early '50's right after the communist takeover. People would point at one of their neighbors and that person would disappear within days - never to be seen again.
