I'm very happy to have landed in the Gulch I have been a lurker for a very long time and finally decided to reward all your efforts to point out the interesting frailties of our system. Like many of you I am proud to be a citizen of a constitutional republic and never want to be subjected to a democracy. I am definitely a deplorable, rural, primarily self educated, and have managed small businesses most of my life. Not rich by any stretch of the imagination but very independant and ready for what is likely involved in the decline of societal norms in the future. Thank you all for this site.
