Just the name reminds me of Atlas Shrugged. And the policy itself is even more disturbing. I always knew Atlas Shrugged had prophetic elements but this one is down right scary! Totally restricting the freedom of real estate agents to do business outside of the "sanction" of the MLS services. I'm waiting for the backlash but afraid there won't be one as people just roll over and take another hit to their freedom.
