Can't wait to see this woman go to prison. And it sure looks like they have the evidence to do so. Or even better, just ship her back to Somalia and let her own principles become the prison she lives in.
I'd actually argue that because three different branches of law enforcement are involved now with the backing of the Attorney General that this will result in prosecution - though I understand the hesitation given the partisan non-prosecutions we've seen over the past decade.
There have been many instances recently of clear criminal activity on the left, investigation etc, only for the thing to fizzle out and never be heard about again.
The left learned from the Al Franken case that they should not have let Franken kicked out of the Senate:
Now, here is Northam, the Governor of VA, who admitted he was on the "blackface" photo at first, but then backpedaled (on the advice of counsel) and now living happily ever after:
"Nobody is above the law.", right?
Will see how the left is applying that statement across the isles.

The left reached the state when nothing will force its politicians to be removed. Not even murder.
The charges against Omar don't even reach the "mentionable" level. Law and justice is not what it used to be.
