Boo hoo hoo. The author of the article spent a lot of time on fancy graphics he should have been spending on the education status of the very people the article is about. Businesses are STARVED for skilled labor, but a degree in underwater basket weaving or cultural studies doesn't get one employed in the real world making anything above minimum wage.

    Don't forget "Gender Studies"

    Although I assume they are getting snapped up by HR departments of corporations hell bent to concentrate on "diversity and inclusion".

    In my area I see signs for signing bonuses and tuition reimbursement for low-level service jobs. The economy is strong right now. There are opportunities for people willing to work and learn.
