    He is an old school jurist that not many of are around. Scalia was another one.

    The type who respects the law and uses his talent to serve it.

    My opinion of him was confirmed when Obama said he was "a bad judge", and appointed Sotomayor as a "good judge".

    Thank God there are still heavy weights in the Judicial system. More and more of them abandoning their duties in face of political expediency (Roberts). Even Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are an enigma wait and see.
