It will be interesting to see if Gabbard's lawsuit actually progresses, because it would expose YouTube's entrenched and inherent bias in the political arena.
While I am among the last to support government 'solutions', it would be hard for me to shed a tear to see YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, et al. pay the cost of behaving like publishers, until they started acting like neutral platforms.
The best that we can do is try to keep our primary values separated from our secondary values, and muddle through as best we can.
