OANN Sues Maddow & MSNBC For $10 Million!

The owner of a conservative cable news channel, One America News Network (OANN), has filed a defamation lawsuit against Rachel Maddow and MSNBC claiming the commentator "maliciously and recklessly" smeared the network by saying they were a Russian propaganda network.
Well, golly gee willikers!
It's not a smear being used that amazes me dino. It's the content!
Its Mad Cow still mooing her Russia! Russia! Russia! obsession.
Thought that had been by now solidly replaced by libtarded cries of Racist! Racist! Racist! ever since Mueller and his long-lauded report both came up appearing so insipidly empty.
Hope OANN takes all those Fake News hacks for the Jackass Party to the cleaners. Along with that Catholic kid in the MAGA hat.

    Makes on wonder about "Madcow's" sanity doesn't it? If there ever was a person in need of having her meds adjusted, being that she is definitely obsessive" regarding all things conservative! With anything Trump, her unhinged demeanor is truly something to behold!

      Didn't see it, but Hannity on my car radio played a montage in which the word "racist," "racist," "racist" was repeated, repeated, repeated in reference to Donald Trump.
      Yeah, thinking of a saying about lying enough times to get people to believe the lie.

    Good luck with that......As the Trumpster has pointed out multiple times, it is very hard for a media organization to be successfully prosecuted in civil court for defamation. Even the Catholic school boys had no luck.

    I hope CNN is next to be sued given all the recent hires from the DOJ who are now contributors for the network. Brennan, Clapper, Mccabe just to name a few. Of course we can't forget that Fox is just as guilty now with Paul Ryan and Donna Brazile on their payroll.

    The shameless argument all of these liars make is that you have no right to claim libel or slander when you're a public figure. Some dipsquat judge bought that line of crap and made a judgement supporting it, and so now its used as precedent.

    The UK revised its libel and slander laws to eliminate this argument, and we should do the same. The original decision was made with the intent of doing away with abuse of sedition laws to protect an undeserving public servant, but it was a wrong decision, nonetheless.

    Granting these media hacks the privilege of lying when it suits them has done more damage to the profession of journalism than any of the Donald's tweets. This is abuse of the 1st amendment. You have the right to say anything you please, but having that right does no absolve you of suffering the consequences when your speech harms another.

      That is always the intention when these hacks launch their attacks.

      Of course they want to harm and destroy. What else would they want?

      Not withdrawing their fake attacks when caught is considered a virtue by the MSM and the left.
