I have always asked the 'green people' where should year 0 be? How about 10,000 years ago when the glaciers that covered much of the north began melting? If you want the glaciers returned to normal how about 12,000 years ago when they were still growing and the oceans were 500' lower because so much water was locked up in the ice. The polar bears couldn't have survived in the north arctic because it would have not melted providing rich food sources for the sea life that migrate to the north to feed. The Great Barrier Reef would not exist because the oceans would be too low and too cold. And lastly, the green people have to lead the way by example, no cars, no electricity, no plane or train travel and no purchasing of goods that were created by any modern means. Hopefully enough of them would die off to eliminate the socialist problem.
