Eskimo seal meat and fish diet when I asked my family doctor if I could live without eating carbohydrates. He said "Yes" about a split second later without hardly giving my question any thought. Ha! What then I thought was about being taught in elementary school about carbohydrates being a major essential food group in school way back during the Fifties.
