If the "Million" people show up there will be a real problem. There is no water, little food and no shelter anywhere near A-51. It is located on a DRY lakebed and not even snakes move about in the afternoon sun. They move at night when it is much cooler looking for rats etc. People would not survive long trying to walk from the delineated boundaries to the actual sight of the base. In some locations the walk is over mountains.
The military guarding the base are under no repeat no obliation to assist intruders. They are allowed to shoot on sight anyone who violates the perimeter. Not that there has been a case where they did this, but that doesn't mean they won't.
The might collect the bodies of those who die in the attempt but again, that is not certain. They could just leave them in the sun for the vultures and other scavengers to munch on.
PUC I don't agree with giving them a show. some of the pilots and crew members might get injured if there is a accident.

I say, turn the whole scenario into a public marketing campaign. Give the invasive crowd a show of some "about to be released" technology.
