This science fiction adventure is about a disgruntled doctor who, infuriated by modern medical practice demands, practices in secret and uses lectures given by patients and friends to recruit patients to his underground practice. He and his associates all but take over the local hospital, unknown to its administration.

Alternative medicine treatments are part of the plot and are explained for the layman. There is also a scene in which three frustrated doctors use well-explained scientific principles, while roaring drunk, to make a complete mockery of organized medicine using bad puns.

The novel ends with a tribute to Ayn Rand and ❝Atlas Shrugged.❞

316 pages $15 paperback. Also available $4 in Kindle form.

Guess I'll give the boy a read! I can't complain, my insurance allows me to access any specialists, for anything at any time. Fortunately for me, I am not on Medicare (unless I am out of my service area). But I was Director of Medical Records for an 81 bed hospital with 21 doctors and I could share some stories about that! Fill two books.
