Hope to reign in the EPA
This is a huge ruling on the bounds of the EPA. Of course I'd just like to see Congress amend the law to state that a navigable waterway has to be one in which a boat can and does actually travel down its length for commercial (not recreational) purposes. Let's just get that on the books and now you restrict the EPA from meddling in a LOT.
Shut down the EPA and every single agency that is not specifically allowed in the constitution by exact function. If the people need such meddling the people should authorize local/state government to do the meddling at the local level. One size does NOT fit all; it only lets central government steal production and liberty from people.
