I lost down to 110 and I relly on my cane, and walker to stabilize my efforts. But I now notice something interesting and pleasant.. (self.ask the gulch)

Missed Thanksgiving and Christmas. Lost down to 110 pounds ....doctor yelled when he saw me. Regained three pounds. Feeling great. (self.ask the gulch)

I showed up riding my wheel chair and about 50 people moved aside to allow me to go in front of them. (self.ask the gulch)
