    This is very neat. Antarctica is so high in elevation and gets such little sun, it's the closest place an average engineer can get to space. The Ice Cube project is based in Madison, and I know several people who went there to work on it.

    I also like how life everywhere. How soon before we find fossilized cells on Mars or a Jovian moon!?
