Riots across the city, including midtown and suburbs. The entrance to Washington U blocked off. The irony is only 40 years ago people had fled that area due to race riots. Blocks of mansions abandoned. Will that happen again? No respect for property rights. Uncommonsense -can you give us some perspective? Is your neighborhood safe during this?

    BO and the Dems cannot preach racial hatred and expect anything different. Indeed, the aim of Hope and Change is to replace Capitalism with Socialism by revolution. Unfortunately , those of us who understand the necessity of private property are aging out and dwindling in number.

      I did see some pictures of citizens who were just showing up to help clean up the mess. It amazes me that many of the looters clearly do not care they're seen looting. Yes, to "protest" police targeting people of color, it's best to loot the shoe stores, liquor stores and tire stores. These people are thieves who should go to jail. and the people throwing bricks off of overpasses onto extremely busy highways. Serious injuries could result from that. It's assault.

        What is sad is that these looters and brick-throwers do not seem to get is that if they succeed in burning the system down, they will be committing suicide.
