Wisconsin Supereme Court Upholds Walker's Anti-Union Law

It was upheld twice on appeals and now finally in the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

The thing that always makes me shake my head is that the unions tried to make this out about equating the constitutional right to assembly with the right to forced unionization, which is just laughable. The law doesn't prevent unionization, it just makes it to that noone can be forced to join a public-sector union or pay dues to support a public-sector union even if they decide not to join. It also puts the onus on collecting dues on the union, rather than the government through payroll deductions. Further, it enables the individual school districts to solicit independent bids for insurance contracts to cover their workers, which prior to the law were selected by the union - not the school district.

This is a great victory, I'd just like to know who the 2 Justices were who voted against it. It's that type of judge that places our entire nation in danger.
