Anyone for big government is a moocher. Both traditional republicans and Democrats are big government folks.

Plutocracy is present in all political systems, even capitalism. Quite honestly is should be accounted for in a political system as it was in the original constitutional system. One could argue that most of our founding fathers were plutocrats. Things such as; 1) state legislature appointed senators 2) Governor appointed representatives (electoral college) voting for president and 3) requiring property ownership to vote were all plutocratic in principle.

These constitutional government structures also enforced correct government check and balance principles that, if left in place today, would have eliminated most of the government creep in size and scope over the last 100 years.
