Looks like it's headed to the Supreme Court, though. Ah well, we already saw how that played out in California.

    Let's assume Utah represents the Mormon mindset of theological and religious philosophy and modus operandi.

    Mormon's seeking to ban same-sex marriage is the definition of ironic because the polygamy integral to the fundamentals of their religion is aided by NOT seeking such a ban.

    Once you change the definition of marriage from how the God of the Bible defines it, anything goes (computers, animals, plants, planets, you name it).
