I already knew about Mike Huckabee's about face on common core, so really wasn't surprised to see more GOP flailing to get away from this issue. At least it's getting some traction, I mean, the NYT actually wrote a piece about it! I am agog, really.

    I think Republicans are beginning to get an inkling that the People are feeling our Central Government has overstepped itself, now there are some who will never voluntarily release power they have seized. It's just too bad for them we won't be offering a choice.
