The federal government is acting like low-life bullies. Wherever they even expect to be repulsed by force, they give up immediately. They viciously attack only those that are expected to roll over. Oh, did I say "like bullies?" Correction - they are low life bullies.

This is a simple matter that has already been ruled on by the SCOTUS in Pollard’s Lessee v. Hagan, decided in 1845. Bottom line is that the Federal Government has already Constitutionally ruled in similar cases that the Federal Government DOES NOT own such lands and that they are the property of the State. BACK OFF FEDS, this is why we have the second amendment to defend ourselves from YOU. Notice to we the People: this is why the Federal Government is trying to interfere with your second amendment rights.
