I made a comment on another site that she should be picked up by msnbc so she can speak her mind. My comment was poopoo'd. Funny...

She recently said, in the context of forced medical treatments (an obvious hot button for me) that "Sometimes you need big government." I just about put my fist through the tv. She, like many who open their pie holes on Fox, is hard-left/statist, IMO. I do enjoy looking at her, though. I admit...

You got to be kidding. The article indicates she wants to go "Mainstream". Read the stats.http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/2015/08/27/...
Fox is beating CNN two to one or more in every market time. Why would she go backwards? So she could call herself "Mainstream". Also highest ratings mean most advertising money. Which channel is receiving it. Fox not CNN. Would she take a 50% pay cut. Not going to happen.

that's what I thought ... if she took over as the lead anchor
at CBS or ABC, I might envision it. -- j

These are not news stations. An anchor position would be the only way she might receive a large enough paycheck. Of course she loses out as a commentator and ends up a teleprompter reader for a 30 daily new show.

she might just envision herself as the best leading female anchor
which any news organization could have, now that she has some
time in with Fox as their leading female anchor. -- j

If she leaves Fox, it will be good riddance. Her show is the least entertaining one Fox has. Fox has been on a big slide ever since Glenn Beck left. I know that Objectivists have a problem with some of what Beck stands for. However, what made his show entertaining was the historical documentation and the depth of analysis, particularly when he and David Barton did chalkboard work together back during Beck's Fox days. I haven't watched Beck's new TV show, but his radio show has gone downhill recently. I like some comedy mixed in with the history, but the history is what kept me tuning in. Now he doesn't do as much history.
