Can a lawyer chime in here? Isn't this interference with judicial proceedings? Isn't this the action of an administration attempting to overtly "give aid and comfort to the enemy"?

Do you honestly and seriously think that the (mis)administration is worried or concerned about silly, trivial things like laws and outdated terms like "Treasonous Actions"?

They aren't held to such things. Just ask them, they'll be happy to rationalize it for you...
