The stock market is headed south again today. With the Chinese bubble bursting, interest rates rising and global profits declining, it looks like we are getting closer to the inevitable global economic collapse. Hope to see you all in Punta Del Este.

A new deep water port is being constructed north of Punta Del Este and it will become a major trading center for southern Brazil and Mercosur. Plus it is safe and the people are very warm. Doubt I will see you there unless English is much more widely spoken than I have found in research.
