Now that's just dumb. Obviously child porn should not be legal, but when a kid is taking pictures of themselves, that's a little different...

Good. no teens should be sending selfies or pics of other teens. We don't let them drink. As I told my kids the constitution stops at the front door.

  If a kid does drink, do we charge them with a federal offense and prosecute them like a criminal?
  
  I'm all in favor of parents punishing their kids for misbehaving, but when the law gets involved, the punishment should be proportional to the crime.
