My Sister who does not live in one of the 28 states says move closer to work and boycott 28 states. We used to live in Oregon. They chose to keep out any jobs producing business and chose to raise taxes. Big California retirement state and Oregon does not charge them income tax unless it's more than what they paid in Taxifornia. We call it Appalachia West.
