I would suspect that the Vestal Virgins of the Potomac are aware that they've opened an huge can of worms, and will refuse to hear any of these offshoot cases. Once again, political expediency will trump justice.

  Then all they do is allow the lower courts' rulings to stand. It isn't necessarily about what makes it to the Supreme Court, but sometimes what doesn't.
