Bill to curtail Civil Asset Forfeiture on the docket

Let's hope it passes. Business owners shouldn't be conducting business in fear of an IRS or FBI agent's whim. Only a court order after due process should be able to deprive someone of property, and that only to satisfy claims upon it.
