Remember that old gun ban passed by NY Governor Cuomo a few years ago? Well the NY State Supreme Court just ruled that they have to disclose how many people actually registered their "assault weapons" under it. Cuomo was fighting tooth and nail against the disclosure because it is likely to cite an embarrassing statistic: the LACK of registrations.
