This is an interesting article freedom. As t the question should Tsarnaev be put to death, my answer is yes. He forfeited his right to life when he willfully, with aforethought, took the lives of others.

I have a strange view on this topic. I'm opposed to the state putting people to death, mainly because the state gets too much wrong and abuses its power. When I see things on the news like a father blowing a child molester's brains out, I'm all for it.

It very well should cost a fortune to execute someone, lest we take the idea too lightly. Clear out the prison system of drug related offenders and others (except the violent offenders), return the prisoners to busting rock or other such duties with minimal health care and I would have no objection to letting him rot in prison till he dies. "Life in prison" needs to mean LIFE in prison again.
