We are already incensed by the big brother hand slapping down our children's entrepreneurial spirit in lemonade stands and snow shoveling businesses. But take away a man's last dignity to earn a living.....

    Brilliantly written - I love that flowing yet snappy style. and brilliantly thought out.
    The reason we have to have regulations for even lemonade stands is, of course, if we find that lemonade stands prosper, sans regulations, could not $1 per minute massage chair owners? and flower sellers? and delicious but sometimes of unknown origin street food of all kinds?
