The only question is how long this goes before the Supreme Court.

I see it merely as a market-based retaliation for assertion of governmental control in a realm where the decision should be left to the market to determine. The best course of action in this is for California to roll back it's ban and allow consumers to decide for themselves.

    You are right, it's a neener neener neener to California, but if both laws are passed, its the beginning of a whole line of laws enabling the govt more unnecessary control over industry.
    Although I personally believe all farms should be accommodating healthy animals rather than just leaving them in a laying box all their lives. I despise factory farms that so not care about the animals.
