Really? Holder Lied? They made things up? This snippet didn't reveal much, it's just that it is the casual way it is reported like, oh yea, by the way.... More BS from our political elite. He can go to jail with Obama and Pelosi and they can all share the same cell.

Holder lied and a small town died.
How many businesses are going to reopen now that they've experienced the "benevolence" of race-card activists? Many of them were small businesses owned by folks who had everything they owned invested in them. And further, where will the residents go to get the products and services that once were there? Thank you Al Sharpton, you weasel.

Holder lied in order to get in and investigate their Police Department so he could tear them up. There was some talk about disbanding the police department there. I think they should, and then let Ferguson operate without one for awhile. Holder's done the same thing to the Seattle PD and a few others. Overall the people in Ferguson will be worse off for it.

I'm listening to Dennis Kucinich in the background on Hannity tonight. He's one of those people that always has a chip on his shoulder, whining about this and that all the time. Even his normal expression makes him look like a nasty little man. What a weasel he is, very much like Harry Reid. I never realized we could have such bad representation in our government before, there are many, way too many.

"Holder Admits" caught my attention. Holder would never admit to anything, period. From what I heard him say in his speech was "there was no evidence to support", not any admission to anything. It's almost like him and Obama went to the same school of speech, never admit to anything, instead offer some lame excuse for your actions or inactions. His presentation probably reinforced the civil suit that is going to go on now.

The officer should now be protected by the FBI, given a new identity, and hidden from these modern day racists. Then their stupid civil suit would not be able to further disrupt his life, they couldn't find him.

This whole incident has made me realize just how despicable some people really are. I could only hope that those people in Ferguson that know the truth would demonstrate to the others to just knock it off. All they are doing is prolonging the inevitable and prolonging their perceived slavery.

And as far as the findings, I find that the police where I live usually go to and make arrests in the areas of crime. I hardly ever see the police in the part of the city where I live. Why is that, is it because they target certain areas, certain people? Or is it they go where the criminals are? I guess I should go and ask them, "How come I don't see you driving around my neighborhood looking for trouble?"

They don't admit that they are wrong or that the folks in Ferguson lied. Oh no. What they mean is there is evidence out there, we just can't find it.

The arrogant Bill O'Reilly says the proof is in and the cops do target the blacks. It's out of the question that the Blacks in Ferguson commit most of the crime isn't it Mr; Bill know it all.

      PS
      I can't stand the POS.

Don't ever confuse a liberal with facts. Even if he admits it wasn't true, it could have happened in today's racist society, so its ok to use it, right?

Right. Us Honkys could make the blacks ride in the back of the bus, use separate restrooms and water fountains. Maybe make many of them buy their own cell phones or pay for their houses. Especially make sure those finishing the eighth grade given a raise to $30,000/year for flipping burgers. I used to be proud of myself for purposely not be racist. It's getting harder every day.

I heard a really good debate on the matter on Hannity. One of the guests was the police officer's attorney, and he had this to say about the JD findings:

    1. The language is intentionally vague. Instead of saying that "there was no prosecutable evidence", the Justice Department should have unambiguously stated its support for the officer by using the phrase "the officer acted appropriately". The debate should have ENDED with the Justice Department's statement. Instead, they left open the possibility of a civil lawsuit.

    2. They should have made explicit note of the felonious actions of Mr. Brown and at least one of his accomplices which led to the shooting in the first place. The entire context and series of events should be considered together (just as Trayvon Martin's trip to the drug store to purchase materials for making a cheap drug and his prior arrests for theft should have been considered as part of that case).

    3. The JD is now claiming that Officer Wilson's acts were a result of inappropriate policies of the Ferguson Police Department - ie racial discrimination. They cite the fact that although their community is 2/3 black, 95% of the arrests are of blacks. The problem is that as a percentage of the population in general, blacks are 3x more likely to commit a crime than whites. In the US, only about 15% of the population is black, yet they commit nearly 1/2 the crime!

What I'd like to see is the individual Sheriff's tell the JD to take a hike and mind their own business.

I don't know that a sheriff is involved, it was a city police department. While there may indeed be issues with them (can't say yes or no based on just rumor and don't trust feds to tell truth), the town was reported to have a majority black population, so it seems reasonable that there would be a majority of the crimes committed by the majority inhabitants. Or is that too much logic for Beholder?
