Overkill? Why didn't they use an MRAP to batter down the house doors and shoot in tear gas? Snipers covering all exits in case the poker players tried to leave?
That single law is the total motivation for these actions. There are only a few states in this country with NO Civil Forfeiture laws or ones that could be considered "reasonable."
