Of course even though the city was forgiven the loans the bank shareholders will get stuck with the bill. fail to pay the mortgage on your house and see if the bank forgives your loan and let you stay there, good luck. We're in the process now of building another light transit line from downtown to the university area. They haven't even broken ground in there already in a cost overrun.

I dont agree with Gore on anything. The mission impossible challenge (if you choose to accept it) is how to legally distract these loons so they do as little damage as possible. Perhaps he could solve the pollution from container ships "problem" as a followup to creating the internet.
