The most obvious difference between Reagan and those that run the Republican party nowadays is that Reagan spoke clearly that the government was often the problem. You will never hear any of the current Republican leaders say anything like that. They may complain about how certain bills, and etc., but there is a big difference between saying you want to run things differently as compared to saying the Government is a problem and we need to get rid of much of it. It is a fundamental difference.

Pres. Reagan was, in my opinion, our last "Leader".
