It is so refreshing to see we do not have the monoploly on really, really dumb a@@ politicians.If Venezuela can be counted on for anything, it is to produce El Presidente Grande on an annual basis. Hugo was a much better liar than this dude... I winder if they ever fixed the toilet paper problem they had a while back...
