Well done Arizona! Hopefully more states will soon follow. In short, AZ added a law to their state Constitution, that says they do not have to pay for, or enforce a law that is unconstitutional, unless it is voted on by the citizens of AZ!! The Fed govt, for example, is forcing states to pay for the implementation of Obamacare, and this law says, no you are not. It would need to be voted on by the citizens of the state of AZ! If they voted yes, we will fund it, then the citizens of the state would have to fund it, if not, it's up to the Fed govt to fund it!
