The political agenda here is obvious. They chose a Christian group most likely knowing in advance they would refuse the order. I would bet that they had their complaint prepared in advance as well. This is something that should be left to the free market. If they refuse orders like this and enough people are upset they will take their business elsewhere. The company will suffer and either have to change or go under. They clearly had other options for getting the shirts made.

The company has no rights any longer. I am sure that there are other T-shirt companies that would have happily accepted the job. This company was targeted to push an agenda. Is the a violation of the companys rights to choose who they do business with? What if ISIS or the like demanded the company print shirts for them. Would this court find the same way? If not then that certainly isn't equal rights.

Another company printed the shirts for free, due to the publicity this case was getting. If I had a tshirt printing shop I wouldn't print those either. I can't stand Gay Pride events and neither can many of my gay friends. The events are obnoxious, disruptive and obscene. They are designed to get negative attention from the business owners near and on the streets they parade. I have had the unfortunate opportunity of being in the wrong place at the wrong time when such an event was taking place. Once with my young children. I am not against reasonable events but Gay Pride is a circus designed to be a circus-and there's no tent unfortunately.

My Congressman, Mark Pocan, is gay and owns a printing shop that prints, among other things, tee shirts.

I'm sure he and countless other shops would be interested in the work. Printing is a commoditized industry, so it's not like they're going pay a premium b/c of this Christian company.

This Christian print shop puts gay looking people on the front of their website: http://www.handsonoriginals.co/
I think they're doing their part to support gay pride with that photo.

Now some Christians in KY can submit something to Congressman Pocan's shop that offends people in Madison and make a complaint if they don't print it. People should leave each other alone. What normal person looking for a vendor calls one that sounds like they'd have a problem with the project? It's just someone wanting to make a gov't-involved political fight. Leave these Christians alone!
