I heard this report the other day too. It doesn't fit the popular dogma so it will not be given any credence by the MSM or any of the looters that stand to gain by the perpetuation of the predominate narrative. Consensus is not science.

The explanation is plausible. Data manipulation. by government climate agencies is more likely for supposed temperature changes.
