Arbitrary promotion practice?
So I just had to ask the question: if the guy has been doing a great job, why does he have to have a degree to get promoted?
I have an undergrad and MBA, but I look at this as a pretty arbitrary nod to the education establishment.
The other question I have is this: WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST FINISH THE DEGREE?

Maybe he figured that since he landed himself a decent job that he didn't need to finish his degree. Some people get comfortable and complacent when it comes to finishing, furthering or continuing their education.Mark as read | Best of... | Permalink|
