User info/profile/about page

I could be wrong here, but when I click on another users name the only info that comes up is regarding their likes, comments and posts. How about a brief profile? No big invasion of privacy. Users can opt to block or not enter info. But for those of us that want to get to know each other, a name, location, about me, etc would be cool. Also a "contact" type option to speak directly. Basically just simple Facebook type functions with privacy rights as people choose.

I was hesitant to put that up because I hate Facebook myself, but I figured I could either talk forever about the personal Page functions, or summarize in one word. Although I do not personally use Facebook much, I do appreciate zuckebergs capitalist idea of taking his idea, claiming it and running over the competition. - 1Posted by eskslo 11 years, 1 month agoThanks. My point was to get people interacting both inside and outside forums. For example, I obviously see who is very active here and I talk to them. However if I could search profiles for say "contractors" or "developers" I would engage people that are not as active simply because I think we have something in common. - 1Posted by Non_mooching_artist 11 years, 1 month agoA few of us have done so, but it's also not without risks, at this point, because you have to post an email, or other means of contact, and there are trolls with whom I would have no discourse.
