If it's going on a Federal Reserve Monopoly Money sheet, I think Ayn Rand would toss her cookies. I cannot think of something more insulting to her image, or her memory. Perhaps Beyonce (or #ell, show its true worth and put Peloser on it) would be more appropriate...

Were it on a US note, or better, a Silver (or Godl) certificate then that would be appropriate... and that would be amazing... however, that would necessitate the US *having* a Silver or Gold reserve...

It would be neat to have Ayn Rand on a gold coin. But I would not scorn her appearance on a paper bill, either. (Though she might have.) I would like to make it more difficult for people to escape knowing about her.

I have been working on a monetary system for quite some time (about 1981). I have finalized it and have put in into a spreadsheet. I would love to share it and ask all to spread the word. It is fair and just for all. If you know how I can add an attachment to this forum, please let me know.
    Thanks.

    Excellent!

Since Ayn may not make US currency, how about we our own, like some municipalities? We could have it gold-backed!

Quite a few communities have their own community-backed coinage, struck in silver, that is being used as an alternate currency...

The rate board at my shop has 2 columns per job - one in Ø (designating Fiat Funnymoney - thanks to K. W. Royce, AKA Boston T. Party, for that, BTW) and one in Ag$ (with an ounce to $ conversion rate in the corner).

    Hello khalling,
I too believe it is only fitting that her image should appear on a coin made of precious metal as opposed to a piece of paper backed by looters...
Good for her though that she has received the recognition.
    Regards,
    O.A.

It's ironic that I should have read this right after paying for Pt wire for my work. I could have bought Au instead, but Pt works better.
