    Hello bigjim,
I have looked at all the google results I could find to no avail. Do we have any Wyoming residents as members we could ask?
I did find a pdf copy of the bill at the following address, http://legisweb.state.wy.us/2013/Titles/...

In this copy they have crossed out the misdemeanor language and retained the felony language....
I hope dk comes up with something or better yet finds he had some bad intel...
Of course it still has an uphill battle and is likely to be challenged federally, but I like it.
    Regards,
    O.A.

dk, do you have a link to where you saw that they changed that?
Also, this is not state law yet. It still has to go to the Wyoming Senate.

Get out of town! Really? That is weak if so, and
I have no reason to doubt you... I will have to research deeper.
    Thanks,
    O.A.

    Beautiful. Thanks bigjim.
Unfortunately I reside in a state with representation the likes of Carl Lenin... er..um.. I mean Levin who is co-sponsoring the "gun control" bill in congress. I don't think it would get through the state gov't, but he is at the federal level and while the state gov't wouldn't pass such a measure I don't think they have the courage to pass what Wyoming did. I hope I am wrong.
    Regards,
